2021 Gree Overseas Dealers Awarding Activity officially kicked off on February 24, 2022. Through internal mobilization meeting and online platform publicity, overseas dealers actively participated in the appraisal of reference project. Finally 10 best reference project awards would come out by considering the aspects of project scale, integrity, etc.
The best reference project awards aim at selecting the completed commercial air conditioner project as reference project to encourage dealers to create further achievements with Gree in later years.
一、Rules:

2.Photos can’t be edited and the size is no less than 3M;
3.The photo composition is reasonable, which can display the full appearance of the architecture;
4.Photos are clean and beautiful; 5 points for each aspect and 20 points in total. |

二、Appraisal MeetingThis appraisal will carry out from three aspects: completeness of project information, cooling capacity of project, impact indicator. The highest score and the lowest score will be abandoned and the average score will be counted as the final result of each project.
三、 Cases of excellent reference projects:
1.Feira da Madrugada mall in Sao Paulo, Brazil
The Feira da Madrugada mall in Sao Paulo, Brazil is located in the center of Sao Paulo, the most prosperous city in South America. The shopping mall is a super-large shopping mall in South America, covering an area of about 100,000 square meters and a total of 6 floors. After completion, it will fully serve the residents of Sao Paulo with a population of more than 10 million. Gree won the bid with 3 sets of 1,000RT CE series two-stage fixed-frequency centrifugal chillers. It is known that this series of centrifugal chillers are independently developed by Gree, with energy-saving performance exceeding the national first-class energy efficiency, stable operation and high reliability, and have passed the AHRI design standard certification. The operating noise is as low as 86dB (A), and is with wide operating load, which can be as low as 10%.
2.Star Mailia Project in Indonesia
The Star Mallia commercial complex is the pride of Tangerang New Town. This new mall will be a milestone and a symbol of the strength of Samanea and CFLD International’s mutually beneficial project, which promises to provide modern quality life in the western Jakarta area. The Samanea commercial complex covers nearly 10 hectares and offers one-stop home solutions and includes 60 tenants who will occupy more than 240 shop units. The unique concept of the Samanea commercial complex is the combination of a variety of world-class tenants who provide more than just a shopping experience in a mall made of this combination of shipping containers.
3.Serbia Chinese Cultural Center Building
The Chinese Cultural Center Building is located in the former site of the bombed Chinese embassy in the Yugoslavia. It covers an area of about 6,666.67 m2. Design aspiration of the shape of the main building’s facade comes from the artistic conception of a landscape painting by the famous ancient Chinese painter Mi Youren. The center mainly includes four functional areas: the Chinese Cultural Center, the embassy apartment area, the business reception area and the business office area. On June 17, 2016, Chinese President Xi Jinping and Serbian President Nikolic jointly attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the Chinese Cultural Center in Belgrade. Belgrade Mayor Sinisa Mali announced that the road outside the Chinese Cultural Center will be named “Confucius Street” and the square will be named “China-Serbia Friendship Square”, while the address of the Chinese Cultural Center is No. 1 Confucius Street. The Chinese Cultural Center built on this historically significant location uses Gree products, which tightly combines the image of Gree, a national independent brand, with the image of China’s independent innovation in the international community as a big country. The rise of China complements the rise of national brands.
