Supervision scope: Current and former employees of Gree Electric Appliances, Inc. of Zhuhai and its subsidiaries (herein refer to as “Company”) or related suppliers, dealers, outsourcers and customers who have business cooperation with Company violate laws and regulations of the Company, which has brought losses or potential risks for the Company. The violation of laws and regulations includes but is not limited to jobbery, corruption, infringement of Company’s trade secrets, violation of business ethics and local laws and regulation, etc.

Reporters are responsible for the authenticity of the report and the Company will strictly keep the information secret. In addition, the Company will investigate and severely punish the persons who take revenge on reporters, witnesses and investigators in any form.
